I was surprised to learn that corn is the biggest grain producing plant in the world, I didn’t associate corn with grain. You can buy corn kernels in the can, corn on the cob, smothered with butter and sprinkled with salt, yum yum, that’s all I did know about corn.
I found out corn has so many uses, so I put an article together all on corn. Corn the biggest grain in the world!
As I wrote concerning the world we live in on how all things needed or has been provided for us humans, animals, birds, sea creatures, insects etc, man has to apply himself, all other life seems to have a built in Unthinking; prompted by (or as if by) instinct.
Let me add some more on what the earth we live on has that can be used or provided.
Iron, aluminum, titanium, tim, nickel, chromium, gold, silver, oil, coal, salt etc.
Precious stones: Diamonds, ruby, emerald, sapphire, alexandlite, tansandrite, etc.
Iron, aluminum, titanium, tin, nickel, chromium, gold, silver, oil, coal, salt etc. These items listed here have for example coal, are mined for, depending on where they are located. Coal could be close to the ground or in veins, for veins tunnels are dug. Aluminum for what I understand is mixed in the soil, and high electrical current is needed to extract it. If I can remember what I heard on TV on copper once, there is one place in South America it mined. It’s a huge area.
Found in rocks that are broken up, giant trucks carry these rocks to a mill where they’re crushed, then the copper is extracted through a process. Copper and aluminum are an expensive product because the process needed to recover them are costly.
The metals shown here and gems had to be found out about and where located, it was a time involved search, iron for example and its use goes back centuries., bronze came before iron.
Through the ingenious of man what Mother Nature has had hidden has been remarkably discovered. Oil has been drilled for, pumped , into holding areas, processed into the many products other than gasoline and grease, wow plastics.
For an interest on your own as you’ve note what I’ve written here take times once in a while to look around you and observe what Mother Nature has provided, you will find that it will be a discovery of your very own.
